At Modest & Timeless, we are committed to ensuring you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund using the original payment method within 14 days. Items returned after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

We kindly ask that items are returned in a clean, unworn condition with all tags intact. Our garments are crafted with care, so please handle them gently when trying them on. Items that are used, washed, soiled, or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to you without a refund.

To start your return, please contact us at modesttimeless@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Modest & Timeless is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
